TRAVEL VLOG : Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne [Instagramable Melbourne Series]
This is a Travel Vlog during my travel in Melbourne, Australia.
I would like to share some of Instagramable places in Melbourne and make it in mini vlog series.
At the 1st Episode, we will touch down at the Royal Exhibition Building, located in Carlton. Side by side with Carlton Garden.
The Exhibition Building cemented its status Melbourne’s leading event venue and a tourist icon on 9th May 1901, hosting the opening of Australia’s Federal Parliament. Since that time baby shows, home shows, motor shows, bicycle races and pole sitting competitions are just some of the events that have found a home in the Exhibition Building.
What made it Instagramable?

*The Lovely Carlton Garden and its creature

???? Australia Travel Vlog 2019 | UNESCO World Heritage Site | Royal Exhibition Building Melbourne
Hi, guys... welcome back to my channel Raon Raon Kuy!
.
Well, in this video I visited the one and only UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Melbourne, Australia ... which is the Royal Exhibition Building.
This great Royal Exhibition Building is located in Carlton, a suburb on eastern of Melbourne CBD, and completed in 1880 as the site of Melbourne International Fair or World Expo to show the world of the richness of Victoria colony at that time.
The Royal Exhibition Building was used for many events, including World Expo 1880, the Melbourne Centennial Event, the opening of the first Parliament of Australia, the site of sporting events during 1956 Summer Olympic Games, and finally, in 2004 the Royal Exhibition Building was listed as the first building in Australia for UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Royal Exhibition Building is surrounded by the beautiful parkland of Carlton Gardens with many trees, colorful flowers, the pool, and lawns.

Carlton Gardens & Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton
The Carlton Gardens & Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton, just on the edge of the CBD of Melbourne, is a beautiful 19th century gardens and exhibition building, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its cultural significance. The exhibition building - finished in 1880 - is one of the few examples of an extant 19th century exhibition building remaining. The interior of the grand neo-Renaissance building is decorated with classical murals and frescoes, and is still used for exhibitions. Another highlight is the elaborate Italianate fountain. The gardens are planted with a variety of elms, oaks, pines, Moreton bay figs and other trees, and include lovely flowerbeds.
