Marina Bay run in SINGAPORE

TOUGHEST 10K RACE in Singapore - NUS Bizad Charity Run 2020
This is by far the toughest 10k race I had ever run. The slopes can go up to an incline of close to 45 degrees, and they come in waves non-stop.
The unforgiving slopes at NUS are gruelling and mentally challenging to run, yet so satisfying to complete.
If anyone wishes to give themselves a good challenge in Singapore, feel free to come run at NUS.
Thanks to the NUS Bizad Charity Run 2020 for such an awesome race.

In this video my Dad and I are attending a 5K WaterObstacle Run. We had a blast doing this run. I know it looks like there aren’t many people, but the reason for that is because there were 30 min intervals which means that every 30 min a new group would start running. This was also on the second day of the run, and I was told on the first day it was way more crowded! But we had a lot of fun anyway.

A former Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) officer and certified fitness coach specialising in triathlon, swimming and strength and conditioning, Arthur Tong, our Head Coach has accumulated over 13 years of coaching experience under his belt.
Aided by Assistant Coach Neyton Tan, fuelled by his passion for running, swimming and cycling, has completed over 25 marathons, four half-Ironman distance races and a Ironman race. He has been regularly conducting training programmes for various running ability groups with a strong focus on running form and efficiency.
Get inspired and run together, or race, with our Garmin ambassador Elaine Young, an avid runner and triathlete who has been racing competitively in Singapore and in the region for over six years. She was placed first in Ironman Korea 2017, and she continued on to compete in the Ironman World Championships in 2018 and most recently came in second place in Ironman Liuzhou 2019 with a personal best of 4 hr 52 mins.
Not only do you get personalised advice and running tips from our coaches and ambassador, you’ll get a chance to give our Garmin smartwatches a go, at no cost! Take one out on a run, learn how to customise the features and interpret the running data to help you be more mindful to train effectively and efficiently so you can make the most out of every single training session.

Straits Times Run 2019 Race Experience at the Singapore Sports Hub.
Just completed the 18.45km Straits Times Run today with a GoPro. ???? Glad that I videoed a race for the first time ever.
The weather is good, well organised, lots of hydration, nice medal, shirt and I even got an awesome massage.
Can't ask for more. Thanks to The Straits Times for organising this awesome race. I will definitely come back again next year.

5k Sub-22 Attempt - East Coast Park Parkrun, Singapore Running
Took part in my 4th Parkrun at East Coast Park, Singapore, where I attempt a 5k Sub-22 PB.
East Coast Park is one of Singapore's most treasured urban getaways, offering an invigorating and exciting diversity of sporting, dining and recreational activities. With the theme “Recreation for All”, the park has an activity for everyone.
The East Coast Park parkrun is a timed 5k race and free event organised by volunteers for the benefit of everyone.
There are 4 Parkruns for folks of all walks of life to run in Singapore.

I went thru so much to get closeup fancams, it's really annoying when someone blatantly ignores the no re-uploads note and re-uploads my fancams.

EXPERIENCE STANDARD CHARTERED SINGAPORE MARATHON WITH ME | Race #5
It’s a privilege to run the prestigious Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon once again (ran the half marathon 2 years ago). And this time it’s a night run. Yay for a cooler weather! With over 51,000 runners in the event and with more than a hundred nationalities! It’s truly a wonderful experience. It’s never a boring run, spectators and sponsors cheers you up all the time! ???? I will see you again next year SCSM!

Santa Run For Wishes 2019 by Make-a-Wish Singapore | 10km Running Race
Ho Ho Ho. ???? Have you seen hundreds of Santas running together? If not you must see this video. ????
First time running in a Santa Suit. The 10km run was fun and lively, with the most energetic volunteers I ever seen in any runs.
