Isles of Scilly April 2008 (part six) Bryher Island
We traveled by boat from Trescoe Island across a short stretch of water to Bryher Island. Excellent views from here. We also visited the Church where Bishop Bill blessed the windows which was shown on the BBC TV programme An Island Parish. You will see the windows in this video.
Isles of Scilly
Music: an original composition ‘Serenity’ by T Mark Rogers.
The Isles of Scilly archipelago, 28 miles off the southwestern tip of Cornwall, England, is loved by many for a variety of reasons. But an often shared and highly valued feeling is the sense of peace and tranquillity that the islands evoke.

On the ferryboat from St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, to Tresco and Bryher. We spent several hours on the tiny island of Bryher, and swam at the magical Rushy Bay. Just me and my brother on a perfect hot sunny afternoon June 1st 2009.
