Video Game Arcade Tours - UK Superbowl (Huddersfield, UK)
I (Sean) used to visit UK Superbowl here in Huddersfield all the time back in 2003 and 2004. Back then they had a Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix Korean (Not sure if it was v1 or v2), but a super rare machine by even 2003's standards! It was 50p for 3 songs and it was slapped right near the entrance. It was a great way to burn away a Saturday daytime lol. I hadn't visited since 2004, but looking online, it seems they upgraded it to Dance Dance Revolution 5th mix, again, another rare gem and I had only seen one in Scarborough before during this period.... So my wife and I visited again in 2018, unfortunately the dance machine has been removed completely and the space is filled with crane games and a couple of fruit machines. Granted, there are 2 driving video games and a basketball game and they didn't TOTALLY sell out on redemption-based 'games', but it's so sad that the Dance Dance Revolution is finally gone!

Video Game Arcade Tours - Las Vegas Amusements (Hemsby, UK)
They have Time Crisis II, Scud Race, Ring Riders and a broken Point Blank 2 cab. The arcade has an office type feel, maybe it's the carpet? but it's very focused on redemption and gambling. There are so many arcades in Hemsby, I'm not sure how this one stands out.

Many of the arcades in the UK (Mainly seaside arcades) are called Amusement Arcades. They are typically packed with redemption-based machines with very few video games (As video games simply do not make money). I have placed the word Amusements in the title for these types of places as they are not true Video Game Arcades, but deserve some sort of mention. As gambling is legal in the UK, they tend to include fruit machines (aka slot machines) and various other things money-making games, so video games really take a back seat in places like these. They also really hate filming, I'm not sure why because it's free advertising, unless dodgy things are taking place lol
An amusement arcade (often referred to as video arcade or simply arcade) is a venue where people play arcade games such as video games, pinball machines, electro-mechanical games, redemption games, merchandisers (such as claw cranes), or coin-operated billiards or air hockey tables. In some countries, some types of arcades are also legally permitted to provide gambling machines such as slot machines or pachinko machines. Games are usually housed in cabinets. The term used for ancestors of these venues in the beginning of the 20th century was penny arcades.Video games were introduced in amusement arcades in the late 1970s and were most popular during the golden age of arcade video games, the early 1980s. Arcades became popular with children and particularly adolescents, which led parents to be concerned that video game playing might cause them to skip school.

Video Game Arcade Tours - The Needles Landmark Attraction (Isle of Wight, UK)
This arcade has always been amusing to us! It literally sits on the finish line of Walk The Wight (The Isle of Wight Marathon!)... So after 26 miles of steady incline from Bembridge to Alum Bay, it's time to hop on the Dance Dance Revolution lol! It used to be Supernova, now it's out of order. This was in 2017, so I hope it's been fixed up because it'll be pure redemption otherwise!

The Needles is a row of three distinctive stacks of chalk that rise about 30m out of the sea off the western extremity of the Isle of Wight, United Kingdom, close to Alum Bay, and part of Totland, the westernmost civil parish of the Isle of Wight. The Needles Lighthouse stands at the outer, western end of the formation. Built in 1859, it has been automated since 1994.[5] The waters and adjoining seabed form part of the Needles Marine Conservation Zone and the Needles along with the shore and heath above are part of the Headon Warren and West High Down Site of Special Scientific Interest.[6][7]
The formation takes its name from a fourth needle-shaped pillar called Lot's Wife, that collapsed in a storm in 1764.[8] The remaining rocks are not at all needle-like, but the name has stuck.
The Needles were featured on the BBC Two TV programme Seven Natural Wonders (2005) as one of the wonders of Southern England.
