All SUSU products are handmade in our factory which is called Community Factory managed by the Japanese NGO, Kamonohashi Project
The Community Factory is located in Kchass village,35km away from the center of Siem Reap.The employees at the community factory are all women who were previously living in poverty and facing family challenges.We hope to support these women on their journeys to a brighter future by empowering them to earn a stable income making authentic handcrafted products.
Today around 70 women between the age of 16-30 are working in the factory making our high quality products while gaining valuable skills and earning fair salary.
