SMJ Falconry at AWAC

SMJ are a family run business, based in Oxenhope near the Bronte village of Haworth in West Yorkshire. They offer you the opportunity to learn about falconry and to have first hand experience of handling and flying birds of prey. We have hawks, falcons, kestrels and owls. They are not open to the public and visiting us is strictly by appointment only.

They provide personal tuition with our Experience Days and great days out in the Yorkshire Dales hunting with our birds. They are now able to provide training for the Lantra Beginning Falconry Award. They have various bed and breakfast accommodations listed on our 'useful links' page. They are all local to us who will provide you with somewhere to stay if you have to travel some distance to come to us or if you want to make a weekend of your visit.

They cater for weddings, schools, educational requirements, birthdays, corporate events, art groups and photography clubs. We can also provide any clubs, or groups with a guest speaker.

We attend shows with our static and flying displays.
