Pink Meanie with small fish inside. Stump pass snorkel, SUP Englewood Florida
I believe this is a blue jelly fish. Not 100 percent sure. Poor little fish was trying to get out and I didn't see that until I got home. For some reason I wanted to kill this jelly. I snorkel here and his tentacles were everywhere. I just dipped the camera in the water. I was spinning around on my board so it was hard to video and try to paddle in one spot.

Paddle board and Kayak Don Pedro Island
Paddle Board and Kayak at Don Pedro Island State Park. This barrier island has unique coastal features including a mangrove tunnel and hidden lagoon. Discover the beauty that surrounds Don Pedro Island State Park in Cape Haze, Florida.
What will you see at this Florida State Park? Don Pedro Island features underwater marine life only to be seen here. In the mangrove tunnel view a large colony of thorny sea stars, and yellow boring sponge. Various coastal fish and birds surround the area.
This location features a coastal beach and natural coastline. We paddle board and kayak through the bay to dock in the center of the island. Paddleboard and Kayak with Manatees in Weeki Wachee
SUP Englewood loves to travel and paddle board withe manatees. We planned a winter road trip to the springs close to the Gulf of Mexico to see where the manatees visit for warm water. This was the last day of our trip.
Weeki Wachee is an easy paddle for boarders and kayakers. A 5.5 mile trip downstream with a pickup at the end of the lazy river. The clearest water is located through most of the 5.5 miles. This video was shot in the last 1/2 mile which is closest to the Gulf of Mexico. The air tempt was 45 degrees! Therefore the manatees were stacked up for warmth at the deepest parts of the spring underwater.
The manatees at this location were less pressured than at Crystal River and some came over to see our cameras up close. Amazing location to view one of the best Florida State Parks. Explore our coastline and Visit Florida.
SUP Englewood is a touring company based in Englewood Florida. We provide stand up paddle board and kayak tours, rentals and lessons. For more information visit SUPEnglewood.com or call (941) 234-4311.
