City breaks in the oldest cities of Europe ... Saarburg, Germany
The small old town Saarburg is located in the west of Germany, on the border with Luxembourg. The city is located on the banks of the Saar River in the hilly country. The area around Saarburg is noted for the cultivation of Riesling grapes.The town has not changed the last 3-4 centuries and is mostly built traditional timber framing houses, which attracts large number of tourists. The little old town of Saarburg especially attracts photographers all four seasons.

It offers a panoramic view of the Saar Valley and Saar river. It is a great tourist attraction and worth to take a look if you are there on vacation.

B51 Trier - Saarburg
Deel 2 van het drieluik over de B51. Deel 1 eindigde bij het binnenrijden van Trier. Dat is het startpunt van deel 2. Via Trier-West, Konz en Ayl eindigt de rit in Saarburg.
De video gaat tussen Konz en Ayl via de oude B51. De rondweg om Konz is op 23 augustus 2017 geopend. In de video zijn wel de werkzaamheden bij de aansluiting van de nieuwe rondweg op de oude B51 te zien.
