BVI - Saba Rock, Virgin Gorda
Saba Rock is a tiny resort built literally on a rock in the waters of North Sound in Virgin Gorda, BVI. We did not eat here but the drinks were very good. Daily Tarpon feeding was a site to see.

Kiteboarding action past Saba Rock between the Bitter End and Eustatia in the British Virgin Islands Paradise. Kiteboarders enjoy the great winds and smooth waters. Beautiful water colors and coral formations make this an ideal spot for calm kiteboarding. The green Cabrinha kite looks great against the caribbean blue backgrounds!

British Virgin Islands - The Baths of Virgin Gorda March 2019
On day 4 of our trip we set sail from Jost Van Dyke and travel about 15 miles to the Baths of Virgin Gorda. The Baths are a must see on our trip to the BVI. This BVI National Park is like no place on earth. I call it a big play ground for adults. The Baths are a series of huge boulders stacked on top of each other forming a hiking trails through tidal pools, grottos, passages and underwater tunnels.
Be sure to get there early to pick up one of the free day mooring balls and beat the crowd. You can either snorkel in or take your dingy in part way and tie up on the lines off shore and swim from there.
If you land at Spring Bay on the east, the trail takes you up to the top of the Baths. Here you will be charged a few buck by the park service to continue. If you have a cruising park permit make sure to bring it with you or take a picture of it. We then made our way down the west side to Devils Bay and started our hike through the Baths.
We spent a few hours exploring and then headed onto Leverick Bay in the North Sound for the night. We arrived and filled up with water. Since the Bitter End Yacht Club and Saba Rock got wiped out by hurricane Irma, Leverick Bay is the only place to get water and fuel on the east end of the BVIs.
We were lucky enough to be there on a Tuesday night so we caught the Micheal Beans pirate show at the resort.
What an awesome day sailing, hiking, more sailing and a Pirate show! Does it get any better? Ooh, ooh pinch me!
Sail On!
Mark
