Many of the spiritual activities that have been done in this Palasari village, both regional and national scale. The majority of the native Palasari villagers are Catholic. Religious ceremony is still using the tradition of Bali. In Palasari Village there are 3 frequently visited tourist objects are Sacred Heart Church of Jesus Palasari, Maria Palasari Cave and Palasari Dam.

In Palasari, Bali there is one congregation from the OSF Congregation. The sisters of the OSF Congregation are managing polyclinics and orphanages. In the Parish work the SVD brothers handling carpentry or KTIK.

Greja Paroki Hati Kudus

Visited the church which was inaugurated on 15 September 1940 and which was heavily in elements of Bali. The uniqueness of the church building is a church Palasari inculturation which combines Gothic architecture with Bali. Although this Palasari Church has a very old age, but the conditions and circumstances in the building a modern look. At the entrance of the courtyard there is like the gate of which is generally found in the temple (a place of worship of Hindus) or at the entrance of the house Balinese society in general. Palasari the church yard overgrown with pine trees, the church area bordered by a fence carved Balinese. Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church in Denpasar diocese centered in the village of Palasari.

Berkunjung ke gereja yang diresmikan pada 15 September 1940 ini sangat kental akan unsur Bali. Keunikan bangunan Gereja Palasari adalah gereja inkulturasi yang memadukan arsitektur gotik dengan Bali. Walaupun Gereja Palasari ini memiliki usia yang sangat tua namun kondisi dan keadaan dalam gedung terlihat modern. Pada pintu masuk halaman terdapat seperti gapura yang pada umumnya terdapat di pura(tempat ibadah umat Hindu) atau di pintu masuk rumah masyarakat Bali pada umumnya. Halaman Gereja Palasari yang banyak ditumbuhi pohon cemara, area gereja dibatasi oleh pagar berukiran khas Bali. Gereja Paroki Hati Kudus Yesus merupakan sebuah paroki Gereja Katolik Roma di Keuskupan Denpasar yang berpusat di Desa Palasari.
