The NEXT BORACAY?! San Jose Beach in Carabao Island ROMBLON, Philippines!!
Carabao Island is known to be a part of island hopping tours being offered in Boracay Island. I've been to Boracay several times and haven't really tried any tours or island hopping, so I haven't been to Carabao Island.
It was during our 2 day visit in Romblon province when I get to visit Carabao Island and stayed there for a night. We came from Sta.Fe Romblon and took a private boat going to Carabao Island. After almost an hour of boat ride, we arrived at Carabao Island and were surprised by the beach where Said Port is located. We asked some locals and found out that it was San Jose beach.
We were very delighted by San Jose Beach as it was like Boracay!! The white sand is very fine and the water is crystal clear. We were a bit sad that we booked our resort in the other side of the island where Llanas beach is located, less beautiful beach compared to San Jose Beach. Locals say that San Jose beach is the most beautiful and best beach in Carabao Island and even in the entire province of Romblon!
With its beauty, San Jose Beach in Carabao Island Romblon is indeed the next Boracay in the Philippines!

Govt urged: Develop Boracay alternatives Aklan and Carabao Island
As Boracay grapples with wastewater pollution, tourism authorities should promote the beaches of northern Aklan and nearby Carabao island as alternatives to the world famous destination, a renowned urban planner said Sunday.
BORACAY ISLAND after rehabilitation (this is disappointing)
Itcha gurl Avelovinit Back in one of my favourite island in the Philippines: Boracay! Went on a little trip to Carabao island in Romblon for half a day and I was pretty disappointed by the amount of irresponsible tourists! The New Boracay island is now boring they said because there are no more beach parties unlike 2 years ago but as for me, I'm pretty happy that the island is getting a little better that what it used to be. In this travel vlog, I also indicated where to eat in Boracay island. From LaBoracay to Love Boracay 2019! Hope you guys like this video and if you do, don't forget to share it to your friends and family!

Philippines SECRET Island Getaway - Undiscovered Tablas Island, Romblon
Tablas is the Philippines secret island getaway, still undiscovered by tourists! We explored the undiscovered tablas island in Romblon, Philippines it blew our minds. This is a MUST WATCH Philippines vlog!
Tablas is one of the Philippines secret places just waiting to be discovered. With only a few google articles and Philippines youtube videos to guide us, we left Boracay to discover tablas. What we found was the most incredible Philippines sunset and a gorgeous private beach to match. We flew our drone over island to capture some amazing drone shots that will stay in our memories (and on this channel) forever. Where is Tablas? It’s the biggest island in the Romblon, Philippines province located 50km east of Mindoro Island. It is possible to explore tablas by taking a ferry from Manila or Boracay into Odiongan, or fly direct with Cebu Pacific from Manila.
We hope you enjoy our first tablas vlog (1 of 3) and stick around for the next amazing Philippines vlog!

WE FOUND IT - Hidden Waterfall Romblon Island Philippines
We finally found a hidden waterfall on Tablas Island in Romblon Philippines after 4 hours of searching! Tablas is one of the remote islands of the world, making this hidden waterfall almost impossible to find without the help of some nice local filipinos. The hidden waterfall we found is called Mainit Falls, which is on Tablas Island about 40 minutes inland from Odiongan.
This was one of our favorite days traveling Philippines, although there aren’t many cinematic in this video, we felt so accomplished finding the mysterious Mainit Falls Philippines! In order to find the waterfall, we gave ourselves an impromptu Tablas island tour, driving around the island on a motorbike for 4 hours trying to find the location. Once we got to Mainit Falls, we had fun talking with our new Filipino friends who were jumping off waterfalls. Spoiler alert: we jumped off too!
If you decide to visit the province of Romblon Philippines, we can’t suggest visiting Tablas Island enough. There are so many undiscovered things to do in Tablas and this Philippines waterfall is one of the best. GETTING TO ROMBLON ISLAND - PHILIPPINES SECRET PARADISE
How to get to Romblon Island in the Philippines?
I flew from Los Angeles, USA to Manila, the Philippines and began what turned out to be a 5-day long journey to Romblon Island with endless local flights, boats, jeepney, and tricycle rides. It is not easy to get around in the Philippines, but as you can see in the video, it was absolutely worth it!
In order to reach Romblon Island, you’ll first need to get to the Romblon province. You can do this by flying from Manila to Tugdan Airport in Tablas (TBH) and taking a jeepney, trike, or van to San Agustin. Cebu Pacific operates this flight 3 days per week.
You may need to overnight on Tablas in order to take a pump boat over. They leave daily at 8am and 1pm from San Agustin and cost 100 pesos plus a 10 pesos terminal fee. I stayed on Tablas Island for a couple of nights and it was a great, relaxing break before I continued on my journey to my final destination, Romblon Island.
Alternatively, you can fly into Caticlan Airport, ferry from Caticlan to Odiongan, and take a jeepney from there to San Agustin. It’s also worth seeing if you can go directly from Odiongan to Romblon Island, as some ferries on some days of the week stop in Odiongan on the way, like Montenegro Lines.
You can also ferry from Batangas, which is 3 hours south of Manila by bus. This is a long option but it’s the cheapest.
If you are planning a trip to Romblon Island, be sure to bring ample cash with you - sometimes the ATM on the island might not work! For more information and a complete Romblon Island hopping itinerary, check this post out:

Looc Fish Sanctuary, Looc Bay Refuge and Sanctuary, Tablas Island, Romblon Tourist Spot
LOOC BAY MARINE REFUGE AND SANCTUARY at Brgy. Poblacion, Looc, Tablas Island, Romblon
Visit my Facebook Page for the photos:
Looc Bay Marine Refuge and Sanctuary, a protected marine area in the middle of Looc Bay. Established in 1999, it houses 100 different marine species, including four different species of giant clams, octopus, eels, reef fishes, and marine turtles.
The Sanctuary welcomes guests for swimming, snorkeling, and fish feeding. It also aims to inform the visitor of the importance of preserving marine life.
In the middle of the floating kiosk, there's an opening for those who wish not to swim but to only interact with the fishes protected in the area.
The beautiful lighthouse in the middle of the bay adds a mysterious charm to the sanctuary. It's said that this lighthouse dates back to World War II. And no, you can't go near the lighthouse; this is in aid of its preservation. Like most beautiful, fragile things, we can only admire it from afar.
The Looc Bay Marine Refuge and Sanctuary is a perfect picnic spot for the family or even a group's environmental education excursion. You can bring food and the essentials for a picnic in the floating kiosk, but make sure to leave nothing but bubbles and take nothing but memories.
Fees:
▪100 pesos per head for the boat ride from Looc Port to the Sanctuary.
▪50 pesos rent for snorkeling gear.
Notes:
▪Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
▪Disposing of trash within the sanctuary is strictly prohibited.
▪Do not touch any marine organisms living inside the sanctuary.

Riding WHITE CARABAO to PHILIPPINES Waterfall Paradise In DAVAO!
How about a hidden waterfall in the mountains... and a white carabao!?
Yup, this is just another unique day adventuring around Mindanao in the Philippines! Kumar and I made our way to a rural barangay in Caraga Davao Oriental called Mercedes. Along the way we ended up spotting a white carabao, and after chatting with a local farmer, had a little ride on it. These animals are amazing, and the way they connect with people is beautiful.
After the white carabao experience, we ended up on an adventure to find a waterfall. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. In fact, the whole Mandaya community we found ourselves immersed in was beautiful!
Paradise, carabaos, friendly locals...
GO MINDANAO! GO DAVAO ORIENTAL!

El Nido as a Female Solo Traveler | Palawan | ???????? Philippines 2017 | Tapik Beach Sibaltan
This week I visit El Nido and return to Tapik Beach in Sibaltan. Two different worlds if you ask me ;) Though the surroundings of El Nido are very beautiful (like small and big lagoon as I’ve shown in my last video) there is also a lot of tourists. If you want the best of both worlds: stay in Sibaltan (Tapik beach has my heart, but there are more places here) and go island hopping in El Nido during the day. That’d be my choice ;)
Check out Tapik Beach:

We arrive in El Nido late in the evening. And honestly, the town is even more busy than I remembered! It’s not grown in 2 years, it’s exploded. They even got an ATM nowadays! New hotels and restaurants are opening every week, literally. And still it might be worth it to book a room long before your trip. Especially in high season. As I said, it is busy here…
The canopy walk provides some of the best views on El Nido town. It get’s me in the mood for more adventure. Now let me ask you, can you visit the Philippines without a proper Zipline Experience?! It’s time for Las Cabanas.
Alright, I understand why there are so many ziplines in the Philippines. It’s great to fly like an eagle, with some amazing views at the same time!
It’s best to be combined with some beach time afterwards.
And then we’re up for the main reason to visit El Nido! Island hopping. Since I’ve seen small and big lagoon and the popular tour C can’t take place because of the weather, I am going for tour B. Known for it’s caves and coves.
There are always multiple boats going on the same tour you are. But if you’re lucky and your boat just waits to leave, you can experience the island like it’s all yours.
And we’re on our way again. Off to Cathedral cave and Pinasil island.
Pinasil island is one of the most beautiful, but also one of the most cosy islands on this tour.
Well the highlight of this place is hidden behind a small hole. Just a whole different world from the white sand and blue seas…
One of our last stops is the famous snake island. Which got it’s name for an obvious reason
YES! I am so excited for getting back to Tapik Beach! That little hidden gem we enjoyed so much last time we visited. It’s so relaxed in here.
Well they did develop the place in the past 2 years. More rooms have been build and there is a whole extra space for entertainment. And the biggest improvement: it’s much more easy to go to El Nido nowadays! Which makes it possible to go island hopping during the day, and enjoy your evenings here.
Also the neighbors have been growing along. But it’s still within it’s limits. All in all it’s very peaceful and quiet. Also in the village!
Since Randy is not managing Tapik anymore, Merichelle, the little girl I met, isn’t here. I was hoping to see her back, so let’s see if we can find her in town. They say I might find them close to the basketball court….
Well sometimes you win, sometimes you lose!
Let’s comfort ourselves with a game of local pool, and get ready to explore more of the surroundings!
Nacpan Beach makes up for a great daytrip from Tapik Beach or El Nido. My luck hasn’t come back to me yet, so we’re unable to see the twin beaches today. But hey, everything else is here!

Typhoon struck Coron mayor in Philippines appeals for emergency help euronews, world news
The storm surge of Typhoon Haiyan reached as high as houses' roofs; few buildings could withstand the wind. Euronews managed to contact the mayor of the town of Coron in the Philippines, on the island of Busuanga. This was the last island the typhoon hit before it crashed ahead westwards. People there described the noise as terrifying.
The mayor said the counting of the dead and injured had only just begun, but that what was left of the airport was already back in use.
Clara Reyes, Mayor of Coron, population some 45,000, said: We have no electricity, no water and our food supply can only last for six days. The problem is the municipality has no money to pay for the cargoes of relief goods, these are all commercial flights. Therefore, when we talk about relief goods of course they [the commercial flights? the companies?] don't have any humanitarian consideration.
The tourist town lay directly in Typhoon Haiyan's path -- a top destination for scuba divers, both for its coral and WWII shipwrecks. Around 900 kilometres west lies Vietnam.
When the typhoon came, it was like you [were] behind a commercial jet that is ready to take off. That's how it felt, what it sounded like. It lasted for three hours, and there was a lull of maybe two hours. I think that was the tail of the storm, and after two hours it started again, Reyes said.
She conveyed the desperation of her distress call: We are in urgent need of food, basically rice, drinking water; we need medicines like antibiotics, medicines for cough, fever; mosquito nets, blankets, clothes -- because 85 percent of our people have lost their homes, including their belongings, so that they can rebuild their lives and they can have at least clothes [on] their backs.
DRINKING WITH NEW FILIPINO FRIENDS UNDER A BRIDGE (Tambay Jeepney in a River)
Drinking with Filipinos is always a great time, and on our way to Tuguegarao City in Cagayan we had the chance to tambay with a few new friends under a bridge!
It was a weekend in Tuao and turns out a lot of the locals tambay in the Chico River under a massive bridge. Driving past... we couldn't help but stop and take a look. Actually we were very thirsty and hoping to buy a drink of water... But instead JunJun started taking shots with the locals!
Mao na Diha!
This is a simple road trip adventure to Tuguegarao City.
