Airlie Beach - Twilight Sailing Race 23|06|10
Every Wednesday, the Whitsunday Sailing Club here in Airlie Beach holds a Twilight Race where all the sail boats race on the water during sunset. We usually watch the boats from our balcony, but today we went out on Amadeus and came in 2nd place! Woohoo!! So much fun... with bruises everywhere to show for it! This is our ride on the dingy to get to our sail boat. No cameras allowed while on the race - too wet and too rocky. Check out the photos on my blog... soon. ish.
