After sakura season its time to make way for one of the flowers every woman long to receive from a special someone, tulips. In different colors and variety the tulips flowers blooms and make a rainbow bed. This experience is one of my happiest day here in Japan.

Just next to the famous lake Inba, in the Sakura open space, we found a Dutch-style windmill surrounded by delicate yet cheerful cosmos flowers. The windmill 'De Liefde' (donated by the Netherlands) is apparently one of the important landmarks of Sakura City. We were told that the flowers weren’t at their best condition due to a recent typhoon. You can also pluck and bring back the flowers after paying 300 Yen!
The best time to visit is Spring during the Sakura Tulip Festa, featuring over 70 types of tulips. In summer, sunflowers and fireworks on lake Inba attract many Japanese and occasionally foreign tourists.
Sakura Tulip Festival
The Sakura Tulip Festival is celebrated in April of each year in the Sakura Furusato Square, near Inbanuma Lake. More than 400,000 tulips bloom around a Dutch windmill in the square. This windmill is a symbol of goodwill between the Netherlands and Japan.

About 10-minute bus ride from Keisei Sakura Station there is a square called Homeland Square. At this time of year about 30,000 sunflowers are blooming against the Holland-made windmill. It's fun to walk around looking at sunflowers, the windmills and Inbanuma Lake.

今の時期ふるさと広場では何十万本というコスモスが咲きます。明日からのファエアを前に行ってきました。でも、先週の台風のせいで、背丈が大きいコスモスのダメージは大きく、壮観というほどではありませんでした。なので、お祭りが開かれるというので、早々に切り上げ、この古くからある街並みを歩いてみました

Salah satu tempat di Sakura Chiba yang banyak dikunjungi Wisatawan pada saat Musim Semi, Musim Gugur dan Musim Panas.
Disini juga terdapat Kastil Peninggalan Belanda yang masih utuh dengan peninggalan-peninggalannya.
Yang paling menarik perhatian adalah keindahan bunga Tulip pada Musim Semi, Bunga Matahari pada Musim Panas dan Bunga Cosmos pada Musim Gugur.
Selain itu Taman Bunga Sakura pun ada di tempat ini, yang sering disebut Sakura Caste Ruin Park.

(Also share in CNN iReport) One month after the disaster, life seemed to have returned to normal in many parts of Japan. In the streets of Tokyo, people are going to work and transportation back to normal, though a nuclear emergency is still unfolding at a crippled nuclear plant in Fukushima.
The cherry blossoms has already fallen in the mid of April, now it's time for tulip to take over the job to cheer up the spring season in Japan. In Sakura city, Chiba Prefecture, local residents and visitors were holding the Annual Tulip Festival. This festival is held every year to commemorate the friendship between the Netherlands and Japan. There are more than 140 types of tulips bloom in Sakura Furusato.
As radiation level showing normal in Chiba Prefecture, many people here came and celebrating a picnic in outdoor places. The government of Japan has asked the people of Japan not to do an over jishuku which means do not over self restrain in remembering the victims of tsunami. They asked people of Japan to do things normally and start to boost the economy of Japan.
People who gathered here today believed that many people in the city had recovered from the quake and wanted to move on with life. They said they were convinced that as long as one was still living, there would be hope.
Tulip Festival in Sakura City could be a sign of recovery in Japan. However, despite the celebration, mixed feelings could still be detected in the singing and eating scenes.
