The city is home to the four-time NBA champion San Antonio Spurs and the annual San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, one of the largest in the country. Graduation Speakers 2009
I don't know why, I just felt like I needed to make a video of the Alternative High School graduation I went to (besides the one I was getting paid to make). The stories behind these kids really touched me; Pregnant at seventeen, sixteen, fifteen... drugs, abuse and hard situations. Too many times high school graduation is a right of passage that is taken for granted, it's just another thing to breeze through - but for these kids and their families this is something they've worked hard for, it is truly something special. I know a video is good when I cry when I'm making it. It's not good editing, by any means, it's good because of their stories and what they have overcome just to get to their high school graduation. It was the best and the most emotional high school graduation I've ever been to.
