The resort offers a main lodge, which includes cooking and dining facilities, ideal for hosting events such as family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. A variety of accommodations include numerous cabins and suites, designed to accommodate up to 50 guests at one time.
Facilities are fully self contained. An 11KW Pelton wheel generator with clean power converter supplies hydroelectric power from Butts Creek, with a V-8 propane backup generator. Propane can be also used for heating and cooking. The lodge boasts it's own water treatment plant, and Phone/WIFI service are available.

The unique wilderness location allows the business owner to offer lodging, guided hunting for trophy big game, fishing, river running, jet-boat tours and much more.
