-Personal Sessions
The client is to be provided exercising sessions at the gym at times which are convenient to him or her on one on one with the trainer.
-Class Sessions
Sessions are offered to the group of people coming to the gym at stipulated exercising time tables.
Group Sessions
-For this type of training people mobilise themselves in their neighborhood and come up with a group of not less than 10 clients. The trainer comes to where the group is based and conduct three sessions per week.
Home-based Sessions
-The trainer comes to conduct sessions at the client’s home. Three sessions per week are provided.
