Lemon, Lime, Gooseberries
Very youthful appearance, green hue, pale straw colour. Very aromatic here. No doubt about Sauvignon Blanc. With some benchmark aromas of gooseberries, lime, fresh herbs, a slight vegetable compound almost like fresh asparagus. Very crisp and bright. I suppose this is a wine I like at it's best when it is this youthful and crisp. So quite light-bodied, but good flavour intensity. Lemon, lime zest, with that green fruitiness, green apple, gooseberries. Medium towards long finish.
