San Qing Mountain is a renowned Taoist Mountain located 50 miles north from Yushan, Jiangxi Province of the China with an outstanding scenery. San Qing literally mean 'three distincts' in Mandarin as the San Qing Mountatin is made up of three main summits: the Yujing Mountain, Yushui Mountain and Yuhua Mountain.
In 1995, a cable car was built to take tourists up to about 1,600 meters high. From 1,600 meters to the peak, a concrete path was built along the rock cliff. Walking on the path is an exciting experience. On one side the cliffs rise straight high above you, while on the other side a deep valley falls down directly below you.

(click cc button to view English narratives) Mt Sanqingshan National Park is located in Shangrao county, Jiangxi province, China. It is listed as a world natural heritage site. The park is of 229 square kilometers (57,000 acres). The highest peak is Yujingfeng of 1820 meters above sea level (5971 ft). It is a really beautiful place.

Friends of mine highly recommended going to see Sanqing Shan, a mountain range in Jiangxi province. So from Xiamen to Yushan, I took my first ever bullet train. And that was and experience in itself. The train reached a speed of 300 kph and it took no time at all to travel approximately 700 km (also very comfortable).
Next day climbing up the mountains was truly awesome and something you need to see in real life, as the camera doesn't do it much justice. I didn't expect that a days hike through these mountains would be this tiring, although the cable car didn't exactly take us to the top.
On the way back to Xiamen I decided to stop in Wuyi Shan, not because of the mountain there but because of the capsule hostel there. I expected the mountain to be lame because Sanqing Shan was so awesome but Wuyi Shan was just as cool in a different kind of way. And this was where I began to experience China's (also my own) true love for tea.
