Discover San Salvador
San Salvador Island is an island of the Bahamas. It is widely believed that during Christopher Columbus' first expedition to the New World, San Salvador Island was the first land he sighted and visited on 12 October 1492. The island also has numerous Historic sites like the plantation of Loyalist John Watling. It is also one of the only Lighthouse that is still operating.

A sustained wind and few reliefs make the island of San Salvador a privileged place for kitesurfing enthusiasts. The strong wind requires a good control of the sail and, when it is the case, the speed and the figures are exceptional.

Wrapping up an incredible ending of 2019 and all the adventures I shared with all my students and friends. Thank you all for kiteboarding at San Salvador Kitesurfing since the beginning till now. It was a pleasure to be apart of your progression in your kitesurfing journey and career. I am glad to call you all my friends. I hope to see you all again and more and look forward to 2020 and all its surprises and new adventures.
