ManYueYuan (滿月圓 - Full Moon Park) Trip
Situated in Yomu District of Sanxia Township in Taipei County, the hilly terrain of Manyueyuan (Full Moon) National Forest Recreation Area rises in elevation from northwest to southeast. This 1573-acre area ranges from 300 to 1700 meters above sea level. The winding Rueizai Creek, upstream of the Dabau River, humidifies the area. With a moist climate, summers that are cool and refreshing, and a mean annual temperature of 19.9C, this area is an ideal place for outdoor activity.

Yingge / Sanxia Old Streets
We went for a daytrip from Taipei to Yingge old street and Sanxia old street. Both are about 15 minutes taxi ride away. Fare was about NTD150. Quite interesting. Train ride from Taipei to Yingge TRA station was about 35 minutes. Very easy to travel.

Sanxia is a traditional, suburban district in New Taipei City. It is mainly known for its tourism street, known as Sanxia Old Street (三峽老街), and the Qingshui Zushi Temple (清水祖師廟, meaning Divine Ancestor Temple), which is unique in its dedication to classical temple arts.
