On a trip to Suqian in northern Jiangsu province, a photographer's dream to win the top prize in a photography competition drives him to find the perfect photo. But a chance encounter with a young tourism volunteer causes him to think the prize-winning picture may not be of a landscape, but of a person--with the most beautiful smile in all of Suqian.
