A good Japanese sake (rice wine/nihonshu) brewer, Kikusui. You can find a rare brand named Sarukura no Izumi in one of their products. Sarukura no Izumi is originally a name of a spring located in Iida city (the southern part of Nagano pref.), which is selected as one of the 100 best natural waters in Japan by the environment agency. Their product Sarukura no Izumi uses the water of the spring. Japanese tea ceremonies are frequently held at this spring.
