Lost in the cold - full ski movie Val Gardena
Our ski moments and compilation from Ortisei in Val Gardena, Dolomiti Italy. The full HD movie, some footage shot in 4K and HD by DJI Mavic drone and sport cams. We enjoyed the ski conditions, lot of fresh snow, powder, but the main we remember was cold, cold, cold. At least the sun was shining in the Dolomites as usually.
Ski carving skiing. Head ski, elan ski, Voelkl ski and Blizzard ski, all are used by us and good. Enjoy.

Selva Val Gardena (HD), Longest Piste - Cucasattel Valley
Head-cam video of the amazing 6 mile (10km) piste from Seceda to Ortisei, located in the Selva Val Gardena ski area. This piste starts slowly on a high-altitude plateau before swooping quickly into the trees and through a narrow cliff edged valley, also giving breathtaking views of the spectacular Dolomite peaks surrounding the area.
The total altitude loss is 1282m (4205ft), starting at a height of 2518m (8260ft).
Was lucky enough to have perfect conditions this day, and not to many other people on the slopes. Recorded with a GoPro Hero HD (720p) on 08/01/2012

La Longia - Seceda - Ortisei 2016
La Longia! Una delle piste più lunghe delle Dolomiti: quasi 11 km dal Piz Seceda, a 2518 mt, fino ad Ortisei passando per panorami mozzafiato, boschio, cascate di ghiaccio e un suggestivo canyon in mezzo alle montagne. Ci si può arrivare da Santa Cristina (cabinovia Col Raiser e poi seggiovia Fermeda) oppure, come si vede nel video, da Ortisei prendendo la cabinovia Furnes e poi l'omonima funuvia. Arrivati in cima si comincia a scendere dal tratto iniziale della pista Curona per poi imboccare La longia.
