Savudrija Lighthouse
Svetilnik Savudrija stoji na istoimenskem rtu v severni Istri. Zgrajen je bil leta 1818. Kamnit stolp svetilnika je visok 29m. Luč svetilnika je na višini 36m nad morsko gladino. Svetilnik oddaja 3 bele bliske vsakih 15s in sicer v naslednjem časovnem razporedu (0,5+3,2; 0,5+3,3; 0,5+7). Svetloba je vidna .... več na:
Camping Lighthouse - Savudrija
- Camping Lighthouse is newly opened camping next to the lighthouse in Savudrija.
There are 32 arranged camping pitches available, between 70 and 110 m2 large; two pitches are larger than 200 m2. They are all sandy and have access to electricity and water.
Sanitary facilities are arranges, as well as camper supply station.
Pebbled beach with bar and restaurant is located 50m from the campsite. Shop is available at the neighboring camping Savudrija.
Location is surely interesting for lovers of cycling and jogging by the sea, close by are as well tennis courts.

The Savudrija Lighthouse marks the entrance to Istria -- mystical, ancient, scenic and beautiful. The waters from Savudrija to Umag, Poreč, Vrsar, the Lim Fjord and as far as Rovinj are shallow and silty and abound in marine life. Our story on the life in these waters takes us on a diving tour starting with Amphorae Sites, then on to the Lim Fjord, the Banjol Cave, and the Sveti Ivan Lighthouse, and the Baron Gautsch wreck, rightly named the Croatian Titanic.

Camp site Veli Joze - Savudrija - Camping Croatia - Istria
- Camp Veli Jože is located on western side of Istrian peninsula, close by city Savudrija. It has 2km long stoned beach, pitches are shaded with great trees. Camp is part of tourist complex where also youth centre is located; this brings many children from Slovenia to Croatia every summer.
Pitches are set on grass which ensures better comfort. Seperated part of camp is dedicated for guests with tents. Most of the pitches have access to electricity and water.

Savudrija
Savudrija-Salvore je poznata kao najzapadnija točka Hrvatske.
Prema legendi, ime je dobila po sinu njemačkog cara Barbarosse – Ottu, koji se u pomorskoj bici kod Savudrije 1177. godine protiv ujedinjene flote pape Aleksandra III. pokušao sakriti u jednoj cisterni. “Salvo re” (spašen kralj) tako postaje toponim Salvore.
Savudrija je poznata po tome što je za vrijeme Austro-Ugarske izabrana kao odredište za odmor i liječenje.
Prepoznatljiv simbol Savudrije je njen svjetionik koji je napravljen 1818. godine, a okružen je mediteranskim vrtom.
Biciklističke staze koje prolaze uz brojne povijesne ostatke Rimskih građevina, i bogata gastronomska ponuda samo su neke od privlačnosti ljetovanja u Savudriji.
