Maths Show at the Sci Bono Science Discovery Centre in Johannesburg
Bubblz the Maths Clown giving a math show at the Sci Bono Discovery Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. Bubblz spent two weeks in South Africa performing 30 show for over 6,000 learners, mostly under-privileged from South African townships. The learners were amazing and Bubblz DEFINITELY got more out of it than she gave. The show is suitable for any Maths activity, including Primary Maths Week and assembly for all ages. Bubblz also give maths workshops, Maths INSET and Maths CPD at schools and maths conferences for foundation, KS1, KS2 and secondary

Sci-Bono hosts Wonder of Rock Art exhibition
The Sci-Bono Discovery Centre in Johannesburg launched its Wonders of Rock Art: Lascaux Cave and Africa Exhibition earlier this month. This exhibition is an exact replica of more than 2,000 figures painted on the walls of the world-famous Lascaux cave in France which are more than 17,000 years old. These paintings are mostly of large animals that were native to the Montignac in Dordogne, southwestern France. The world's first examples of art and symbolism were first found in found in Southern Africa more than 100 000 years ago while Europe still contains some of the world's most well preserved prehistoric cave art sites.
