Museums Change Lives: Scottish Boatbuilding School at the Scottish Maritime Museum
The Scottish Boatbuilding School at the Scottish Maritime Museum
Museums can increase our sense of wellbeing, help us feel proud of where we have come from, can inspire, challenge and stimulate us, and make us feel healthier.
With society facing issues such as poverty, inequality, intolerance and discrimination, museums can help us understand, debate, and challenge these concerns.
They can also enhance everyone’s life chances by breaking down barriers to access and inclusion. Museums are doing this through active public participation, engaging with diverse communities, and sharing collections and knowledge in ways that are transforming lives.

Is this the Loch Ness Monster? Explained
Is the Loch Ness Monster depicted in this picture real? One of the most famous cryptids from cryptozoology that reportedly lives in Loch Ness in Scotland. That is what we will analyze on this video.
A new picture has recently surfaced that supposedly includes the Loch Ness Monster. It was captured by a 58-year old warehouse worker named Ian Bremner. In this video we will analyze what this picture depicts. To me at first sight it looked a lot like a trio of seals, as you can clearly see that the head of the “Loch Ness monster” looks a lot like a head of a seal. What I believe occurred is that three seals posed perfectly for this picture, one is swimming normally, and two others are diving. Also, seals live in an aquatic environment, survive on a diet of fish and can be seen swiftly surfacing before disappearing back into the water.
Seals live near Loch Ness. So there definitely is a possibility that it could've been seals. It looks like three seals playing around and compare this picture to this one.
Yeah, I’m not saying that it’s a trio of seals, but really, it doesn't provide much evidence to prove that is the mystical loch ness monster. And provides more evidence for being a trio of seals than a loch ness monster. Thanks for Watching! Subscribe for more weekly videos and I’ll see you in the next one.

Scottish Maritime Museum - Denny Ship Model Experiment Tank, Dumbarton 28.11.2018
The second of two sites that make up the Scottish Maritime Museum - the Denny Ship Model Experiment Tank in Dumbarton. Filmed on the 28th November 2018.
The Denny Ship Model Experiment Tank, in Dumbarton, focuses on the world of the naval architect. Shipbuilder William Denny Jr of William Denny and Brothers was inspired by the work of eminent naval architect William Froude and completed the tank for his shipyard in 1883. It was the world's first commercial example of a ship testing tank. Re-opened as a museum in 1982, it retains many of its original features, including the original 100-meter-long tank. The museum also tells the story of the test tank's original owners, William Denny and Brothers of Dumbarton, one of the most innovative shipbuilding companies in the world until their closure in 1963.

A Wedding in Baden: Brittany & Philipp
This beautiful destination wedding was filmed in southwestern Germany, in the Baden-Württemberg region for Brittany and Philipp, a beautiful young couple living in Switzerland.
I can't express how lovely the setting was, and telling this story was one of my favorite projects to date. It's always so much fun to go through the footage (my paint), and watch it come together on the virtual canvass. And carefully selected music just has that wonderful ability to capture the viewer- I get lost in the moment every time I watch it.
This sample video package features two shooters, custom graphics, and a full-edit package.
