This video gives is you a brief description on how Snorkeling is carried out at Havelock Island, Andaman. It's a beginner activity especially recommended for all the non-Swimmers as its a non-swimmer activity. This activity is conducted at Nemo reef and Elephant beach, which is located at beach number 02, Havelock Island. The booking can be done online as well as offline. The price for this activity is fixed i.e Rs.800(Timings:6am-12pm). Its VLOG114 , throwback to the ANDAMAN trip from December, posting it now coz its better late than never .
We did scooba dive at havelock island costing us INR 5000 per person . it's a must do thing , water is crystal clear and reef are beautiful.
The cafe we went for dinner is Something Different, costing around INR 1500 for two .
it was a beautiful experience, if you wish to take a break from technology its heaven coz WIFI aint no good there .

September 2013, the 5 of us went on a vacation of a lifetime! Siddharth, Arun, Ben, Mervin and Nebu! we went to havelock island, India for 2 days of Scuba Diving! we stayed and dived with DiveIndia! Those guys were great! Some amazing Dive sites! a great dive guide (Tanuj) ,and some endless memories!
The video was recorded using a GoPro Hero 3 black edition camera and was produced using iMovie.

All About Andaman Island, Havelock & Neil Island | Scuba Diving | Snorkeling

Andaman: It is one of the best destinations to cover in India, Due to its range of exotic virgin beaches, Flora and Fauna, and of course the locations has worked wonders in developing the tourism of India. The breath taking sound of waves, leaves, green rain forests, and chirping of rare birds makes Andaman Islands a paradise for all its tourists. Andaman Islands is a dream come true for Nature Lover’s Dream who inspire scenic beauty.
Port Blair: Port Blair is the capital of the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. It is located on the east coast of the South Andaman Island. Port Blair is the gateway to the pristine islands. Port Blair is also an Island town offering water based activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, sea-cruises, and glimpses of the history and culture of the region. The Aberdeen Bazaar forms the centre of the town. Most of the restaurants and hotels are around this area. The main bus station is just west of the bazaar and the Airport 4 Kms. to the south west. The main passenger dock for ferries-the Phoenix Bay Jetty is 1 Km. to the North West.
Havelock: Havelock Island is the largest and the most popular holiday destination with the most beautiful and clean beaches and also provide a great opportunity for snorkeling and scuba diving. Even if you don’t know Swimming still you can do diving here. Andaman’s is also a great Honeymoon destinations and this is meant to be really special for the couples as this is the going to be the initiation of a new life of two individuals as one. It has isolated as group of 600 islands and is known as Andaman and Nicobar Islands this is the best thing that could be in their life to mark it as it is. Andaman and Nicobar Island Package Honeymoon can be the best option for you to enjoy your trip comfortably. Being one of the most popular tourist destinations, Andaman Nicobar caters to people with all kinds of budgets. Neil Island: Neil is a tiny but beautiful island located 37 Kms. to the south of the Andaman Islands. With unexplored coral reefs, brilliant bio-diversity, white sandy beaches and tropical forest and vegetation, it is one of the hot tourist spots in the Andamans. Neil Island is known as the ‘vegetable bowl’ of the Andamans. The settlers named the beaches after mythical characters of the epic Ramayana (Bharatpur, Laxmanpur, Sitapur, Ramnagar etc.) The island, with its very relaxed vibes and long, deserted beaches is a place to chill out after the bustle of Havelock. The widest part of the island is about 5 km in length. You can walk the whole island in about two hours.
Corbyn’s Cove Beach: This is one of the most beautiful and serene places to spend time on. After that, one can proceed to the Cellular Jail, which stands for freedom. There is a great Light and Sound show there, which is quite popular, and is a must-see for all tourists.
At the North Bay, you can explore underwater marine life, and can indulge in water activities such as snorkelling, Jet Ski, banana ride.
There is also Ross Island to explore, which has ruins of buildings from the time Port Blair was under the British regime. One can see the ruins of the Government House, Church, Chief Commissioner’s House, Bakery and a lot more.
Andaman Nicobar has plenty of places to stay, and the people are hospitable and courteous towards their guests. Do visit at least once in your life!
