A great week up in Northland diving some of the best sites in the north island. First the Poor Knights with Dive! Tutukaka and then out to Deep Water Cove and the HMNZS Canterbury Wreck with Paihia Dive. We had some nice conditions, seen plenty of marine life including Mao Mao, Snapper, Eagle Rays, Sting Rays and much more. Dive Ops are a family own and operated dive charter business. We have been operating in the Bay of island for the past 6 years. Dive Ops provides guided diving to most areas of the Bay of Islands and Cavalli Islands. We take pride in providing safe, fun and educational diving and snorkeling adventures. Our very experienced team enjoy passing on there experience and skills so you the diver can make the most of your trip with us. We have two vessels, both are in full NZ Maritime Safety Authority survey and equipped with you in mind. Deep 6 is a purpose built RHIB dive tender which cruises quickly out to our dive sites at around 30 knots. Sandagger1 is 7.3m multi purpose vessel and also cruises quite quickly at 24 knots. Our hire equipment is good quality and well maintained. Our experienced and friendly team will offer you service second to none and a superb diving experience.

20 miles from the Bay of Islands, you find the Cavalli Islands. This is a cluster of Islands forming a protective barrier from the sea providing a playground for diving and snorkelling. Here you will enjoy diverse fish and marine plant life covering an area of 1000 meters in diameter between the main Island and the outer islands.
