Phuket Scuba Diving Tours Thailand - Paradise Beach - Local Reef Diving Patong Phuket
Phuket Scuba Diving Tours Thailand - Paradise Beach - Local Reef Diving Patong Phuket
This Private beach is in the bay of Patong and is accessible by long tail boat or road (best advise take a 4x4 as the road is steep) and Tuk Tuk's or motorbikes are fine getting there but maybe they wont get you back to your hotel after the visit, its a long walk....
This location is perfect for trying PADI Discover scuba diving if you love Marine life you will love this beach.
Marine life is typical of the South Andaman, the reef depth is 5m-15m and is mainly hard corals and a sandy bottom. (some current so check tide times) ....Its also a great spot for snorkeling..........
(Please wear a life jacket if you cannot swim)
The beach area over the years has been well cared for and has showers, massage and thai food, There is a small charge for beach chairs.

My dive trip with Sea Bees from Phuket, Thailand
This is my day scuba diving from a Sea Bees boat operating out of Phuket, Thailand - and what a fantastic day' s diving it was! It shows life onboard, the food, scenery and the exceptional diving provided by Sea Bees personnel.
About Sea Bees:
For 20 years we have been providing daytrips, dive safaris and courses from our base in Phuket. Unlike other dive companies, we are totally independent and self-reliant. With our own hotels, fleet of boats and dedication to safety and service; you are guaranteed a smooth and memorable experience during your Thailand adventure. Our dedication to our customers hasn’t gone unnoticed, with 10 Golden Dolphin awards for “Best Dive Centre in South-East Asia and Pacific” to our name; as well as the only 5 Star DIN certification for “Proven Top Service Provider” held in Thailand.
We are also a proud member of Quality Divers and are proud to be able to offer the best diving education through our dive academy and training facilities.
Our Mission
We deliver world-famous Thai hospitality to divers from across the globe. Whether you’re a diving veteran or a thrill-seeking new starter, we offer a professional, multilingual service that will show you the very best of Southern Thailand and its dive sites. Beyond diving, we’re dedicated to respecting and practicing Thai culture in a sustainable way. We actively support efforts to end shark finning and campaign to stop the use of drift nets and long line fishing to preserve our marine environment.
Our Vision
We are dedicated to making every dive the very best it can be, always. We constantly strive to over-deliver and surpass all expectations to deliver an unforgettable experience. To this end, we are also environmentally minded and invest in the protection and restoration of our dive sites, so they can be enjoyed for decades to come.
10 Reasons To Dive With Us
Discover why people choose Sea Bees Diving
10 x winner of the Golden Dolphin Award
No other dive centre in Thailand has won this prestigious award; but with our dedication to unforgettable diving experiences, we’ve lifted this trophy nine times to make us the official “Best Dive Centre in the Indo-Pacific Region”.
Life on deck is as great as life under the waves
We take great pride in our own fleet of boats whereas other dive boat owners utilise their vessels as simple “water taxis” with many different dive companies onboard at the same time.We know that your time on deck is an important part of your journey, so we make sure it’s as comfortable and organised as possible with a crew who treat you as the guest you are and not just another passenger.
Recipient of the “Thailand Tourism Award 2013 + 2015”
Receiving this award from the Minister for Tourism and Sports was a great honour. The requirements needed were a demonstration of results in customer service and safety, as well as being environmentally conscious and signify a quality and excellence in tourism as well as a demonstration to support and strengthen Thailand’s tourism sector.
No wheels, just waves
Every dive centre in Phuket ferries guests around in minibuses… Except us.
Sea Bees Diving resort is only a short walk to the harbour; so if you are staying with us, you’re not a slave to bus schedules during your trip and can enjoy more free time in the morning and a greater choice of post-dive entertainment in the evening.
5 star service and safety
Our concern is your safety so you can focus on fun and relaxation. From our wetsuits to compressors, we are 5 star certified nationally and internationally (the only Dive Centre to be in Phuket and Khao Lak) and are fully ISO/DIN Certified.
Sea Bees quality every step of the way
We know that in between the diving, there’s a lot of time spent on boats. That’s why we exclusively use our own fleet to get you to your chosen dive sites. You’ll never spend a moment on a boat we don’t own, so we can guarantee you the comfort, service and safety that makes Sea Bees the envy of other dive centres.
A proud member of Quality Divers
We’re honoured to be the exclusive representative for Thailand of the International Association of Quality Divers. By diving with us, you qualify for the Quality Divers Member Card which gives you exclusive discounts on future dives at the best centres worldwide.
Our 20 years’ experience
We’ve been delivering unforgettable experiences for two decades, making us one of the most experienced and trusted dive centres. When you dive with Sea Bees, you’re diving with established professionals who know the dive sites like the back of their hands.
We know size matters
We pride ourselves on giving bigger experiences to smaller groups. This allows our guides to create more intimate and reactive adventures that make full use of your time in the water; spotting marine life you may not have found on your own and ensuring everyone’s needs and interests are catered for.
Cheap Snorkelling Trip From Phuket & Famous Patong Beach- Thailand Travel Vlog 2019
Living it up in Phuket, Thailand! We take our scooter over to the famous Patong Beach one day and then also do a day trip to Racha and Coral Island. This video also marks the last vlog in Thailand and we load up on some night market food as well before travel day to the airport!
What's good everybody. First and foremost, I want to again thank you all so much for subscribing and tuning in to our channel. We have had a large influx of new subscribers and are so honored to have you join a long in our adventures. A big thank you as well to those of you (you know who you are) who have been with us for awhile now through our Thailand and even short but sweet RV vlogs. Bali will be a blast and we plan to keep up the 2x a week vlogs then next thing you know we will be taking our motorhome across Canada and back with you all!
In our last vlog here in Thailand we put the scooter to use and travel from Phuket old town to Patong beach. It was about a 30min drive across the island but we made it successfully and thoroughly enjoyed the adventure of the drive alone. Patong Beach was a bit busier than we normally like but it was still cool to see. Definitely large scale tourism here compared to our style of Ao Nang and Koh Lanta but to each their own. Close to the airport at least for a quick vacation for some. Lots of restaurants, drinking establishments and other pay to play activities like seadoos, parasailing and more. We just sunbathed and had some dinner in between checking out their streets but your budget can dictate what you do here. After a busy day we took our scooter home over the countryside. It was a reasonable drive and wasn't too crazy of traffic like you could imagine in cities. Patong was neat to see but busier than we would normally do.
The next day (our last full day in Thailand) we took a day trip boat ride to Racha Island and Coral Island. From the easy pick up at our condo on it was a breeze. We took a short van ride to the meeting point where after a quick intro we were off to a snorkelling adventure. We got to swim in some remarkably clear water. The fish were pretty generic to normal snorkelling but we still had a good time on the trip as well as got to see some beautiful islands and an amazing lunch. Day trips like these are great for the low effort involved. Book a trip and wait for pick up then go with the flow. With lunch and transportation provided it really allows you to fully he prepared to enjoy the day at least I stead of stressing over the planning details.
After our snorkelling day trip we took our scooter to the Phuket weekend market and loaded up on some of our Thailand favorite foods. We had to have the scooter back by 6pm and got back around 5:45 so it all worked out perfectly. It was sad knowing this was the end to Thailand, but you have to be ready to let go of one experience to move on to another and so we are off to Bali in the upcoming vlog. (It has been a blast so far and surprisingly different than Thailand)
Again thank each and everyone of you for joining our Thailand Vlog series. We hit some new subscribers milestones that we were not expecting to hit by the end of Thailand so thank you all so much. Your support and engagement is what fuels us to keep making quality content for you all! See you all in the next playlist when we land in Bali and get started on the next leg of our Asia vlogging adventure. Cheers friends,
Luke and Alysha

On our last day, we returned to the Phi Phi Islands, hired a private long-tail boat for $50USD and visited Bamboo Island at 7:30AM to avoid the crowds! Snorkeling Thailand is phenomenal!

Phuket Beach Sports and Activities Snorkeling, Parasailing, Waterski 2015
Parasailing, also known as parascending, can be an exciting experience as you strapped into a parachute and towed behind a speedboat for a short ride around off one of Phuket’s beautiful beaches. The view over the water from high up is spectacular, especially as the water is normally very clear. You will have a support person go up with you to help steer and land the parachute.
Operators are normally found along Phuket’s most popular beaches such as Patong and Kata, and normally only during high season when the weather is calm. Prices can vary depending on your negotiating skills but expect to pay around 1,000 Baht or more for a short 5 – 10 minute ride. Make sure you wear a life jacket as you might land in the water and also be aware that your travel insurance will probably not cover any accidents.

DIVING WITH SHARKS AT SHARK POINT, PHI PHI ISLAND | PHUKET, THAILAND
Shark Point is part of a Marine Sanctuary and is justifiably the most popular of the local dive sites. Named after the docile Leopard Sharks that are often encountered resting on the sandy seafloor here. The official Thai name for this site is Hin Musang or 'Shark Rock'. Approaching from the sea Shark Point appears as a tiny rock outcropping of no particular interest but beneath the surface lies a vast multicolored reef teeming with marine life. The main attraction here, in addition to sharks and vast schools of tropical fish are the colorful soft corals and sea fans that decorate this huge limestone pinnacle. The reef can be broken into three main sections and most divers could spend several days at least exploring the many interesting facets of the site which is arguably the most popular of all the local day-diving sites. Currents can be brisk at this site but they tend run parallel to the reef sections and allow for an excellent drift dive back to the dive boat.

Diving in Thailand, Phi phi Island, march 2019
Koh Phi Phi (pronounced Pee Pee) is located about 45km East of Phuket and offers some excellent dive sites for all levels of diver. Phi Phi Islands diving day trips are available from Phuket by speedboat or slower dive boats. Phi Phi special. In many places you find shallow hard coral gardens, making Phi Phi a good spot for snorkeling as well as scuba diving. Koh Bida Nok and Koh Bida Nai, at the South end of the Phi Phi island chain are among the best sites in the region.

We were a little tired of all of the noise, activities and lack of peaceful waters at Patong Beach so we jumped onto the free Paradise Beach shuttle for a day on the beach. Although we were not impressed with the snorkeling there were plenty of other activities to enjoy: volley ball, soccer (football), live music, restaurants, a fully stocked bar, diving (free intro dive) and concerts! It was a very relaxing day for us ????

Best snorkeling I ever did! Paradise in Phuket!
Hello to you travelers, this was time for Phuket, the islands that I went to see were Khai Nai and Khai Nok. Coming to Phuket is one of the best things you can do, there are a lot of island you can see and you will be able to see them all in just one day. I guess one week will be fine to see them all. I enjoyed a lot and I am planning to come back to see the rest of the island, its really a paradise.
Let me know about your experience in this city and what could I have done that you don't see on the video. For sure next time I will be doing that!

Brief description about the city:
Phuket is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand. It consists of the island of Phuket, the country's largest island, and another 32 smaller islands off its coast. It lies off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. Phuket Island is connected by the Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga Province to the north. The next nearest province is Krabi, to the east across Phang Nga Bay.
