Dos Ojos Cenote Scuba Diving in Tulum Mexico, with Koox Adventure
Dos Ojos is part of the largest underwater cave system in the world - Sac Actun. The water is incredibly clear, and dominated by a turquoise color. The stalagmites and stalactites give the cave an air of mystery which is only heightened as you explore the tunnels and caves between the Two Eyes!
Dos Ojos is made up of two sinkhole entrances and a third large main cavern linked by a long passageway.
Barbie Line is a vast open cavern with natural light, filled with giant underwater formations. The Time tunnel at the end lets you get an amazing view out of the cavern.

El Eden/Ponderosa - Cenote Open Water Dive, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico
Also know as Ponderosa, Cenote Eden is situated 3km south of Puerto Aventuras and 25km south of Playa del Carmen. A large and beautiful cenote, it is like a swimming pool in the middle of the jungle. Big rocks covered by mosses and plants on the bottom of the cenote are home to a variety of fish, freshwater eels and abundant aquatic plant life. This makes Ponderosa a perfect place for snorkeling and swimming, as well as for diving courses on days the ocean is too choppy to dive.

Casa Cenote and The Best Tulum Cenotes
Casa Cenote is an all time favourite and one of the most unique cenotes in the area. Tulum cenotes are abundant but many are difficult to get to. You have to take a taxi up the road away from Tulum leading you to Chichen Itza and there are many Tulum Cenotes along that road. If you are looking for a Tulum Cenote closer, and a very special and unique one, thats Casa Cenote! Casa Cenote is about 15 minute drive north of Tulum, which you can take the collectivo to access, and you get out at, obviously, the sign for Casa Cenote, or another notable landmark is the big Pavo Real sign off the highway. Casa Cenote is then a decent 2 kilometer walk down away from the highway and then north but its a nice easy flat walk and Casa Cenote opens up for you on your left. A big pool at the base, Casa Cenote then meanders up about 150 meters or so, bending through the mangrove. It used to be called Cenote Manati because of, as you can imagine, the manati's in the area, but now it is more commonly know as simply Casa Cenote. There is also a hotel and restaurant right there known as Casa Cenote as well. Across the access road from this gorgeous cenote, is the beach. You can actually see the beach from the cenote. As far as Tulum cenotes go, this has to be my favourite! I highly recommend visiting as many Tulum Cenotes as you can, and Casa Cenote should be at the top of that list!
This video is about the best Tulum Cenotes and especially Casa Cenote. Tulum cenotes...casa cenote.

Scuba diving the longest underwater river system | Yucatan Peninsula, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico
#HighOnLife #HOLInspired #Mexico
Imagine deep underneath your feet are these dark caves that stretch on for hundreds of miles. Now imagine that these caves have been completely submerged in water for thousands and thousands of years. And that to navigate these caves, you’ve gotta scuba dive into it with flashlights. Pretty interesting right? According to our diving expert Kenzo, this was on the must-do, must-see list when we got back to Playa del Carmen.
Big thanks to El Taj Oceanfront and Beachside for hosting us.
Stay where we did:
