Startling video shows the last night Malcom Madsen was seen. In this security footage from Andale's bar in Puerto Vallarta Madsen, a 68-year-old snowbird from Sutton, Ontario, is seen sitting with his 43-year-old Mexican girlfriend, Marcela Acosta Ramos, before his disappearance. Ramos has told Mexican police that she has done no wrong and that it is her wish for the investigation to continue.
