We explored the shopping area at the port then kayaked through the mangroves and past some beautiful million dollar homes. We caught some jellyfish and tasted the back of the salty mangrove leaves. After this, we boarded a boat and went to the stingray city where you snorkel with, pet, and feed the friendly stingrays that swim around you. This unforgettable experience is one not to miss! This was the first part of our Sea Safari excursion, hosted by Sea Elements, from our December 2015 6 night Western Caribbean Carnival Conquest cruise.

We cruise to Stingray City where you snorkel with, pet, and feed the friendly stingray that swim around you. The water was crystal clear and calm at this sandbar. Before this, we kayaked through the mangroves and past some beautiful million dollar homes. This unforgettable experience is one not to miss! This was the second half of our Sea Safari excursion, hosted by Sea Elements, from our December 2015 6 night Western Caribbean Carnival Conquest cruise.

If you can imagine all the elements of your dream Caribbean paradise all rolled up in one location, this is it. Palm trees and casuarina trees dot the landscape, stretching lazily into the shimmering turquoise water. The Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory in the western Caribbean Sea. Grand Cayman is the largest of the three islands, the others being Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman.
The Town of Camana Bay is situated on the western peninsula of Grand Cayman, just a few minutes drive from the capital George Town and the Owen Roberts International Airport. Stretching over 600 acres from Seven Mile Beach to the North Sound, Camana Bay has been designed by world-class, award-winning architects and a must-stop destination for the shopping and dining.
The Ritz-Carlton is a AAA Five Diamond property located on Seven Mile Beach and extends via a bridge across West Bay road. When the Ritz opened in December, the $500 million property brought top-tier luxury and service to Grand Cayman along with prices to match. On the ocean side (really the Caribbean Sea) rooms go for a premium, but the sunset views and close proximity to the sugary soft sand of Seven Mile Beach are worth it.
