Hi all - hope you’re enjoying watching these daily vlogs! This video is documenting our last full day in Okinawa, Japan so I didn’t really get to vlog too much since my husband and I really wanted to enjoy our last day/get a lot done. We spent the morning taking in the view one last time at the Okinawa Marriott, drove up to Hiji Falls for a nature hike, drove even further to the northernmost part of the island to see Cape Hedo, and then ended the day picking up seaglass at Seaglass Beach. A little bit about me - I'm a content creator on Instagram, YouTube, and on my blog at AudrieStorme.com living in Orange County, California (originally from the San Francisco Bay Area). I started posting outfit of the day (OOTD) photos on Instagram about two years ago when I was living in Dallas, Texas for work. I loved taking photos and posting on Instagram so much that I decided to expand and try out YouTube and blogging as well.
When I was living in the city, my personal style was a bit more streetwear 90's grunge, but now that I live in Southern California and closer to the ocean, my style has become a lot more cozy and comfortable with a lot of bohemian influences.
If I had to describe my fashion sense on my blog, Instagram aesthetic, and YouTube editing style now, I'd probably describe it as modern bohemian with an edge, since I tend to wear and do things that might be considered unconventional to others. I'm not sure if that is true, but since I've moved back to California, I just find that I gravitate to what is easiest and effortless for me while living near the beach where it always feels like summer.

Seaglass Beach Okinawa - Photographing Okinawa
Seaglass Beach in Okinawa is tucked away on the East Coast just North of the town of Kin. As it's name suggests it's one of the leading places in Okinawa to find fragments of weathered glass and china, especially after storms have passed. Quite for what reason this is has yet to be discovered.
Other than this unique claim it also happens to be a very picturesque beach with lots of rocky outcrops. These features scream for long exposure photography as the ocean interacts with them.
This is my account of a recent photoshoot where I started at Seaglass Beach and finished at another location just North of that called Kayo Beach.
Oh, and if you're a music lover, watch out for the crazy interlude between the locations, it's pretty wild.
