Kayaking with Dragon Activity Guides
Kayaking with Dragon Activity Guides in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Paddling around St David's area from PorthClais to Caerfai
The Bitches ridal rapid, Pembroke, Wales.
For Rosie's Birthday we went to West Wales for a surf at the Bitches tidal rapids off Ramsey Island. Beautiful weather made smooth rides and a soulful time all round.

Kayaking sea trip, rock Hopping on a trip from Solva to St Davids
Full length cut from some of the video I took on the May Bank Holiday weekend to St Davids.
Kayaking is one of the finest ways to discover the magnificent Welsh coastline. Low impact and silent it opens a new world unseen from other boats or from the shore. On a calm day it is possible to explore caves, when it gets rougher hold onto your hats - it can be a rollercoaster ride.

Kayaking The Bitches
A dawn paddle of The Bitches tidal race in Pembrokeshire... Beautiful!
Now I am probably the least likely person to turn around and become a sea kayaker but I have to say that, following our trip to the Bitches, I could see the attraction.
With an absolutely stout 7.0m tidal range, it promised to be a fun-packed weekend for James and I as we headed west towards St Davids for some of the best playboating that Britain has to offer.
At the Bitches tidal race, the water funnels through a gap between the Welsh mainland and Ramsay Island called Ramsay Sound. Here, the water flows over a series of rocks called the Bitches and beautiful set of surging tidal rapids, holes and waves.
A perfect for playground for the whitewater enthusiast.
