Sea World is a marine mammal park on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It includes rides, animal exhibits and other attractions, and promotes conservation through education and through the rescue and rehabilitation of sick, injured or orphaned wildlife.
Various aquariums depict Australian aquatic habitats. Australian native animal exhibits include seals, rescued injured pelicans, a dugong and Australia's tiny Little Penguins (Fairy Penguins), the smallest penguin species in the world.
Sea World also has highly trained dolphins and sea lions that perform in circus-like acts. The dolphin shows are intended to excite audiences as the dolphins leap metres out of the water in unison, and as they are surfed by their trainers.
Sea World presently (2006) has three polar bears in the Polar Bear Shores exhibit, which aims to provide them stimulation through an enriched, naturalistic environment including things like deep water, logs, gravel for digging, a variety of foods and even simulated rain.
In 2004, the park opened Shark Bay. This system of artificial lagoons allows sharks to be viewed from both above water and underwater. Sharks exhibited include large and potentially dangerous tiger sharks and bull sharks.
Opened in December 2008 is 'Ray Reef', Sea World's first new wildlife exhibit since 2004.
Sea World currently performs four shows. Imagine: Dolphin Experience, is a interactive live dolphin show, performed at Dolphin Cove. Similarly, Fish Detectives, is a live action show involving seals. Waterski Wipe out, is an energetic live water show, set in the 1960's and Planet SOS is a 4D movie, educating the public of what can be done to help save the particular animals homes and habitats.

We only stayed 1 night here in Sea World Resort and Waterpark and Stayed 1 night at Paradise Country which you will see on the end screen. This was a short holiday and would love to go back to Gold Coast for longer duration. There is so much to see and do.
Sea World Gold Coast has theme park rides shoes and presentations such as Dolphin performances, sea lion encounter, thunder lake stunt and s much more. We got to see polar bear, up close to sea creatures, jelly fish, star fish, etc.

pass to sea world other parks, very clean nice big pools
We stayed here for the Gold Coast Marathon. It was the perfect location. The staff were friendly and very helpful in giving information on road closures etc
The kid friendly environment was a stand out and the cleaning, maintenance and restaurant staff were so friendly!! Especially Shelby she was great! Food was filling and some great lunch deals. The views of the GC were also beautiful. Really Easy access to sea world. Light show was also good for the little ones. Not so much the teenagers.
Minuses:
bathroom small need work and food was ok for 4-5 star. most staff need to smile
I wish checkout had been at 11 and the breakfast buffet open until 10 so we could have come back after our run and had a shower and something to eat. There were no car parks left which meant we had to park out on the street and walk in. I know this is nothing you had any control over but still disappointing.
The faulty shower was a real let down but staff did offer a room move and $50 credit for the trouble. it wasn’t worth the extra time and effort to move for two nights. It was hard to navigate around the resort. Finding the laundry was especially harder than it needed to be. Maybe better signage for directions around the resort as it’s rather big. Also reception gets so busy and if your calling from your room you can be left on hold for a long time. In my case nearly 30 mins.

Definitely one of the best things to do in Australia. I had a super time with my family and there are great rides and shows.
I suggest that If you're going to Seaworld it would be a good idea to purchase your tickets online as you will need to queue up twice to get inside.

Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is a water park situated in Oxenford, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, owned and operated by Village Roadshow Theme Parks. In 2009, the park received 1,095,000 visitors ranking it first in Australia and eighth in the world. Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is located adjacent to Warner Bros. Movie World, a movie-related park also owned by Village Roadshow Theme Parks. The park remains open all year with all of the pools and slides heated during the winter months. It is one of seven water parks operating under the Wet'n'Wild brand globally.
Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast opened on 30 September 1984 as Cade's County Waterpark. The Herringe group of companies developed the park at a cost of A$18 million. The name was later changed to Cade's County Wet'n'Wild, then simply Wet'n'Wild in 1987 after a licensing agreement was reached with chain of Wet 'n Wild water parks overseas. Under ownership of Village Roadshow Theme Parks, the park changed its name to Wet'n'Wild Water World to match the related Sea World and Warner Bros. Movie World theme parks. In 2013, to distinguish the park from Wet'n'Wild Sydney, the park's name was changed to Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast.

Sea World on the Gold Coast with the Girls
A day at Sea World on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia.
So the girls dragged me along to Sea World. We got to see the Dolphins, Jellyfish, amusements and heaps more plus we had lunch and a beer at the Tavern inside the grounds.
Prices for the food was quite reasonable.
We stayed at the resort for the night in good, clean accommodation.
