Hike to Seealpsee from Wasserauen in Switzerland - SHORT TRAVEL VIDEO
Experience with us a short hike to the Lake of Seealpsee from Wasserauen village in the Swiss Alps.
Seealpsee is a mountain lake in the Alpstein range of the canton of Appenzell, Switzerland, surrounded by beautiful mountains and it is a popular hiking destination especially in the summer months.
In this video you can see the hike to the lake from Wasserauen and various views around the lake including some drone shots, all in cca. two minutes.
This hike is easy and takes less than 1 hour (one-way). There are some restaurants at the lake with good food but they are not very cheap.
The surrounding swiss landscape and forests are breathtaking.

Dupa un drum serpuit prin satele pitoresti ajungem in Wasserauen unde privelistea arata promitator. Sunt doua drumuri care duc spre Seealpsee, primul este un traseu montan cu adevarat, cam de ca. 2h, iar cel de al doilea este acesta, un drum abrupt, dar asfaltat. Sper ca acest video sa va incante si sa vizitati daca aveti ocazia. Nu uitati de like, abonare si distribuire.

Ganz kurze Impression zur Wanderung,Ebenalp-Fuessler-Altenalp-Messmer-Seealpsee-Wasserauen,die als Anspruchsvolle Wanderung eingestuft ist und um die 4 Stunden geht.
Gut zu bewältigen,einfach ein paar anspruchsvolle rutschige,durchs Seil gesicherte Stellen(im Video exemplarisch sichtbar).
Nach anfänglich sehr viel Anstieg um einiges mehr Abstieg..

Seealpsee is a lake in the Alpstein range of the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden, Switzerland. At an elevation of 1,143.2 m, the surface area is 13.6 hectares (34 acres). The lake can be reached by foot from Wasserauen or from Ebenalp. A network of routes around Ebenalp connects Seealpsee with other notable sights in the Appenzell Alps, such as the Wildkirchli and Säntis.
The Berggasthaus Forelle am Seealpsee, with a large open air terrace, dominates the western end of the lake.

Wanderung zum Berggasthaus Aescher-Wildkirchli im Appenzellerland | Backpacking Schweiz | VLOG #64
Wir wandern zum Berggasthaus Aescher-Wildkirchli im Appenzellerland. In diesem Backpacking Vlog könnt ihr uns auf unserer Trekking-Tour durch die Appenzeller Alpen begleiten. Unsere Wanderung startet in Wasserauen und führt uns über den Seealpsee zum Restaurant Aescher-Wildkirchli. Außerdem haben wir auf unserer Tour noch die Seealpkäserei besucht und uns leckeren Bergkäse gekauft. Am Abend haben wir noch in Appenzell im Markplatz Restaurant gespeist und wurden total nett bewirtet.

Appenzell, Switzerland / Seealpsee Half-day Hiking
After procrastinating for half a month, I finally finished editing this video ????
I would say seealpsee is definitely a MUST-GO if you visit Switzerland!
Here is my route that day, FYI.
I started from St.Gallen and took the train to a station called Wasserauen, there is a cable car station just near the train station.
I took the cable car up to the mountain which is called Ebenalp and walked down to seealpsee (I followed the No.8 Hiking route on their website
Some places between Wildkirchli and Seealpsee is kinda dangerous, especially for hikers who are not so experienced, but I survived that, so you can as well. The view of Seealpsee totally worth all the sweat on the way and the sore next day lol.

auf magischen Pfaden geht es von Wasserauen (AI). Schweiz, hinauf zum Seealp-See. Dort begleiten uns die Alphörner.
Dann hinauf zum Gasthaus Aescher. Daneben das Wild-Kirchli in der Höhle mit der Einsiedelei. Durch die Höhle geht´s hinauf zur Ebenalp und von dort nach kurzem Alphorn-Spiel hinunter zurück nach Wasserauen
