This is a double-track station where trains for both directions can stop at the same time. At first KIHA40-1745 bound for Engaru (Southwest-bound) arrives and waits for another train KIHA40-1725 bound for Abashiri (Northeast-bound). Tanno Station.

当麻駅の日常風景　キハ４０同士の列車交換

GWなので普段より乗降客が多い当麻駅、上川発旭川行きの４５３２Dが先に到着、まもなく旭川発上川行きの４５２９Dが到着して当駅で列車
交換です。単線非電化のローカル線の風景も良いものですね。

SLオホーツク　北見発車前

２０１２年７月１日、この日と前日の２日間、石北本線北見から釧網本線知床斜里までの区間で往復運転されたＳＬオホーツク号の北見駅発車前の様子です。ただし発車前といっても、ホームに据え付けられるのが早く、映像は発車約４０分前くらいのものです。
