Ep. 11 - Strandarkirkja in Selvogur | Project Wanderer - Iceland 2017

10 Jun 2017: Took a moment to explore Selvogur, a small coastal town after setting up my tent and left my heavy panniers at a free campsite. Strandarkirkja is a church in Selvogur that is originally built back in the 12th century. In front of the church stands a granite an angel statue known as the Landsýn or 'Land in Sight'. Selvogur is small and peaceful coastal community.
