(28 Dec 2015) Major English cities including York, Leeds and Manchester have been hit by severe flooding across a wide area.
British Prime Minister David Cameron has announced he will see the devastation firsthand, caused by weeks of heavy rains and swollen rivers in northern England.
He plans to tour the region on Monday as flood waters in some areas seem to have peaked, although more rain is forecast for the middle of the week.

We are Selby is a youth powered film coproduction in partnership with inspired youth, NYCC and Selby Big Local.
Working in close partnership with Selby Big Local, Inspired Youth produced a powerful documentary style film in coproduction with young people who influenced every stage of the development. Through creative workshops young people explored themes around growing up in Selby, future aspirations and a future vision for Selby.
Young people decided on questions to use in interviews and worked with Kritikal Powers to write their own poem which features in the film.
The poetry will sit alongside talking heads interviews with young people (and professionals) asking questions devised by the group that explore the themes.
