Carlton Towers, in its own atmospheric yet endearingly unassuming way, is bursting with history. The staple commercial diet of Carlton Towers is weddings, but importantly it's also home to a growing selection of small and start-up businesses. And then there are television shows and films: most recently, the lavish ITV1 costume drama Victoria was filmed here.
