Our African Drum program is all inclusive, including breakfast, dinner & room accommodation and lessons, 4 hours a day, (in English & French from 12/1pm to 4/5pm) are $1,250 a month, yes, quite reasonable! Full African band practice is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Monday thru Thursday.

Megan, Lily and I were walking back from the beach in downtown Dakar when we got pulled into drinking attaya and drum lessons on the side of the road with some bayfalls (rasta guys) oh Senegal.

Rainy season party on a Saturday afternoon in August 2009 in Boukhou, Senegal. It had rained heavily earlier in the day. Some people from nearby villages couldn't make it because of flooding. Only traditional instruments are used so nearby crops in the ground are not disturbed. Mother Earth!
