Commissioned by the GREAT FORMER PRESIDENT of Senegal, Maitre Abdoulaye Wade, using a Senegalese architect and paid for by a Senegalese business man. FUNDED FULLY BY SENEGALESE CITIZENS and it's a tribute to people of African descent all over the world!
