Oh hey. People always say, Perth is so boring. It's just a growing city!
I'm going to try make Perth look like a much more enjoyable place.
A Day at Serpentine Falls (A Western Australian Hidden Gem)
It gets very hot during summer here in Perth.
Of course there is the river, plenty of beaches where you can go sunbathing, swimming and surfing to but they are usually overcrowded.
A pristine place in the middle of nowhere (although it's just one hour from perth) it's a better choice to relax and refresh.
So in a hot day, me and Jo packed the essential, jumped on the car and drove to Serpentine Falls.

A solo late afternoon early night expedition to Kitty's Gorge to collect my audio recorder and check the area out further.

spent a beautiful winters day in the Serpentine Falls National Park,
Flew the DJI Spark drone and got some epic aerial views of the park, met a couple of friendly Kangaroos.
$13 for a day pass in to the national park.
definitely worth the price, could spend hours exploring the tracks and having a picnic lunch.

Taking a Dip at Serpentine Falls
Serpentine National Park is 55 km South East of Perth. Along with some excellent hiking tracks, and a very nice picnic area, the national park's most popular attraction is it's natural pool, surrounded by sheer cliff face, and an attractive waterfall. It's a great spot to spend a hot summer day
