Seton Lake Lookout in Lillooet, BC.
Full guide:
The Seton Lake Lookout, in Lillooet, is a popular spot to stop by and grab a photo of the U-shaped Duffy Lake Road in the foreground of Seton Lake.
The drive to Lillooet along the Duffy Lake Road is stunning and makes for a fun road trip. The viewpoint over the Duffy Lake Road, and of (a tiny portion of) Seton Lake, is also stunning.

BRITISH COLUMBIA’S BEST KEPT SECRET!? - Seton Portage road trip - Rocky Mountains - British Columbia
Is this the best kept secret from the West coast of Canada!?
This weekend we headed back on the road and up the Sea to Sky highway, we headed further North than we had before and ended up discovering the beautiful area of Lillooet and Seton Portage!
We went up to Lillooet then around both Seton and Anderson lakes! Such a stunning area full of lakes and greenery I definitely recommend checking out this area if you are doing the Sea to Sky highway or if you just have a couple of days off in Vancouver! :D
Seton Lake Reservoir BC Hydro Campground, Lillooet BC
More of my BC motorcycle road trip, BC Hydro has seven camp grounds and many more viewpoint, picnic, boating and swimming locations across BC all of which are provided free of charge! This is the only one I have been to and I was impressed! If you are taking a trip around BC check them out!

Seton Lake Naxwit picnic spot in January 2015
Situated on the banks of the Seton River and surrounded by steep cliffs, the setting of the area is spectacular and provides perfect opportunities for fishing and wildlife viewing. Mountain goats can almost always be seen climbing or resting on the surrounding cliffs.
The name Naxwit (pronounced Nack-wait) is the traditional place name for the area given by the Stl'atl'imx Nation. Naxwit means snake and refers to the many snakes that can be found in the nearby rocky slopes..

Kaoham Shuttle - Lillooet to Seton Portage
If you are going to be in Lillooet on a Friday you are in for a treat
if you PLAN AHEAD and reserve a return seat(s) on the Kaoham Shuttle.
For $10 per person (2014) the Kaoham Shuttle leaves Lillooet at 10:30
am (be there early to confirm your seat but be patient if the train
does not leave on time) for the camera-clicking hour of scenery run up
to Seton Portage. Reservations are a must for those returning to
Lillooet in order to confirm there are enough seats on the run back to
Lillooet. The train scheduled shows a 12:00 noon departure and a 2:30
departure (leaving you time to explore Seton). The 12:00 is scheduled
to arrive back in Lillooet at 1:00pm and the 2:30 at 3:30pm … but be
sure your time is flexible as it could be later.
If you are lucky enough to have Eugene John as the engineer in your
car, as we were, you might just get an impromptu tour filled with
historical tidbits and stops for wildlife, explanations and answers to
your questions along the way. Eugene has been with BC Rail
approximately thirty-four years and is proud to share his knowledge of
the rails, the years of changes and stories of the people who have
lived, worked and died along the route.
This video includes instrumentals “Locally Sourced” by Jason Farnham
and “Swamp Stomp” by Silent Partner both of which are available

being distributed under fair use without profit or payment; credit is
given at the end of the video.
