Maritime of My Life (Pt. 87) - Canada's UFO Crash Site, Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia

July 13, 2017 - Nearly fifty years ago, on the night of October 4, 1967, Canada's only officially government-documented UFO sighting - and apparent crash landing - happened here, just off the coast of Nova Scotia.

To this day, the wreckage has yet to be found - but the UFO Interpretative Centre remains in town for all interested parties to learn of this event. I'd briefly heard of this alleged incident in years past, so I made sure to check it out since I was in the vicinity. Only. Two. Dollars.

Do I believe it? I'm not sure...but clearly something interesting happened here, that has yet to be explained - hence the unidentified aspect of it. I'm open to thinking such things can happen, though, since there's so little we know about our universe. It may not be like what we see in science fiction, but something may very well be out there.
