Golfing Mickelson National in Calgary Alberta
Golfing Mickelson National today with Ken Zacharias, an amazing new course in town. I love it, so fun. Haven't swung a club in a year but my 3 wood was still pure magic all day along, like it never took a day off. Stroke felt great all day long. Didn't score well though, dirty old sand traps robbed me of my wallet, keys, and hope — and the water got an elbow in as well. But I'll be back. Better, stronger, smarter. Next round I go full Chevy Chase and put up some proper numbers. P.S. DO NOT test the sand at Mickelson National unless you enjoy triple bogeys for breakfast. ????
P.S. for anyone wondering about the course, it is AMAZING. We love it and we recommend Mickelson National to anyone golfing in Calgary. The course design is magnificent, the people are wonderful, and the place is just magic. Do go, you'll be glad you did. We are grateful they had us, it was an awesome golfing experience.

Exploring Calgary Transit: Shaganappi Point Station
As we continue west on our tour of the West LRT (yes I know it's a little out of order, I guess its the order I decided to do them in), we make a stop at Shaganappi Point Station. This is a walk-on station for the residents of Killarney and Shaganappi and is close to the nearby Shaganappi Golf Course and Park.
