Rockport Harbor, Massachusetts by GoPro Drone
It was a gorgeous summer day in Rockport (June 2017), and we decided to take our GoPro Karma drone out on the Headlands at the mouth of Rockport Harbor to enjoy the quintessential New England seaport views. We instructed the drone to orbit the No. 6 beacon at the end of the granite breakwater; and it proceeded to take in fine views of Bear Skin Neck, the Harbor, the Headlands, Old Garden Beach, Straitsmouth Island, and Sandy Bay (and across from the bay, Pigeon Cove and Granite Pier) before flying into Rockport Harbor and over the Motif #1 and Sandy Bay Yacht Club.
