Kirk and Stacy Weingarten are two California transplants who’ve made a home – and a name – for themselves here in Hampden County.
The duo moved to Massachusetts in 2008 with 5-month-old daughter Brianna in tow to be closer to Stacy’s mom and sister who also moved from The Golden State. Kirk continued his career as a Mortgage Consultant, while Stacy thought it would be a perfect time to jump into real estate from the mortgage business where she was the Funding Manager for Sun Trust Bank, which turned out to be just the right fit for her. “I like seeing the excitement on a buyer’s face when they find that home they have been looking for,” Stacy said. “I love to create an experience for people. Finding a home should be one of the best most exciting experiences to a family.”
Kirk joined his wife in real estate in 2015, after 17 years in the mortgage business, and the Weingarten team was born. “I love the freedom of time to enjoy family and the income potential real estate gives us,” Kirk said. “I love helping clients achieve their goals with our expertise.”
They now have taken their talents to Rovithis Realty. “Kirk and Stacy Weingarten are exactly the kind of team we’re looking for at the agency, and I’m grateful to have them on board,” Steve said. “They utilize technology and invest in marketing to grow their business. Stacy and Kirk do everything they can to lead their team members to success, and they help others at the agency by sharing their achievements and insight as well.”
Rovithis Realty stood out from the rest because of the agency’s impressive growth, history in the industry and hyper local marketing. “Steve is an amazing guy, sharp businessman, and has the technology platforms we were looking for,” said Kirk.
“Rovithis Realty will go above and beyond to stay ahead of technology in this area that the other agencies around have no idea about,” Stacy said.
Stacy and Kirk, who both share a passion for family and travel, have become multi-million dollar producers in the real estate market. They are both inspired by many of the same role models, including Gary Vaynerchuk, Tony Robbins, and Dalai Lama, among others, who have helped shape their illustrious careers.
These seasoned and talented agents have some words of advice for those new to the real estate industry. Kirk says, “Copy the most successful agent,” while Stacy says, “Be nice.”
Keep an eye on these two as they rise within the industry!

Bridge Walk: A Walk from New Hampshire To Vermont Over The Connecticut River
[Recorded July 2014]; LAST VIDEO UPLOAD OF 2014 (you may not see it until 2015)!
This isn't much, but this is interesting to see. In this spontaneous (can explain the shakes) video, I cross over the Connecticut River via the Justice Harlan Fiske Stone Bridge. I start from Chesterfield, NH and walk over to Brattleboro, VT. As explained in the video, the Connecticut River borders New Hampshire and Vermont. The bridge I am walking on was built in 1937, replacing an older suspension bridge damaged from a flood a year earlier. It was used to hold Route 9 (can be seen on the newer bridge), up until 2003, when a wider, more modern bridge was built. In 2010, this was named after Justice Harlan Fiske Stone, from the Chesterfield area. Today, this bridge is used as a pedestrian bridge, as demonstrated in the video.
For those who don't know, the Connecticut River starts off in Pittsburg, NH (and a small sliver in Canada). Then it travels down the VT/NH line, then to Massachusetts, then down to Connecticut (Essex/Old Saybrook area), and finally dumps out into the Long Island sound. As it goes further south, the river widens. Here, it's fairly wide.
Like I said, this isn't that exciting of a video compared to my other content, but it's something I felt like sharing from my backlog. Also, excuse the earthquake video, but I have since improved my camera holding skills a little bit since then (again, this was JULY from 2014).
