Lowertown Farm B&B, a few photos of our farm and the surrounding area. Whether it's kayaking, climbing the granite tors, riding a horse across the moors or exploring the beauty of Dartmoor. We have a keen interest in the outdoors, are able to provide you with an enjoyable stay.
We breed Pedigree and Hertiage Approved Dartmoor Ponies with the support of the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust and the Dartmoor Pony Society to maintain a Native Breed at Risk. We often have ponies for sale so please call if you are interested in purchasing or loaning a pony. All the ponies are handled carefully using natural horsemanship by a fully qualified trainer to provide you with a happy and confident pony.

DAS DARTMOOR: der Nationalpark hat viele Gesichter - spärlich bewachsene Hügel, schroffe Bergspitzen, grüne Flußtäler und von Bruchsteinmauern umgebene Weiden. Ca. 3000 Dartmoor-Ponys leben hier ebenso frei, wie auch Schafe und Rinder. Die Fahrt durch diese wunderschönen Landschaftsbilder ist für uns immer wieder faszinierend - zumal wir auch an diesem Tag nichts von der düsternen Nebel/Regenstimmung erlebten, die hier an 218 Tagen im Jahr vorzufinden sein soll . . .
