This was more a test of the external microphone capabilities of my Drift Ghost S camera and alas confirms that there is a high pitched whine especially when the . I hear that one can reduce the whine by turning off the screen LCD, and reducing the microphone level settings. This cheap microphone needs the level to be set at 3 but when I use a better powered microphone I should be able to reduce the level, so that the whine can't be heard, maybe.
I have applied a notch filter to the audio using the method described at the link below to remove the high pitched whine.

In 1970's almost every tea farmer in Japan believed pesticide and chemical fertilizer are indispensable in producing tea, while Tetsuo Ishikawa questioned using pesticide and cultivated a new land to raise tea trees free from any pesticide.
In 1999 the organic certification system started in Japan, Ishikawa Tea Farm has got the certification first as a tencha (tea for matcha) producing farm.

Tea is the most popular beverage in the world, first cultivated over 6,000 years ago in ancient China. Shunan Teng is on a mission to experience it in its most authentic, historic form. Her love for tea knows no bounds, as she travels halfway around the world, up steep mountains and through remote jungles in search of the world’s oldest tea trees. Now, through Tea Drunk, a teahouse in New York City, she’s giving others the opportunity to be steeped in history.
